Questions

Can one component be kept in more than one box?

Yes. Stock is tracked per location, so 10K resistors can be 500 pcs in R01/B04 and 300 pcs in R03/B12. When billing you can choose which box to take from, or let Cenora Inventory pick automatically.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No. Search by name or part number works great. If you have a USB scanner it just works, and any phone camera can scan the QR labels Cenora Inventory prints.

Is it GST compliant?

Invoices include GSTIN, HSN/SAC, taxable value, CGST/SGST or IGST (decided automatically from the customer's state), amount in words and your terms.

Can I import my existing stock?

Yes. Upload Excel or CSV, map the columns (name, part number, qty, rack, shelf, box, prices), preview valid/invalid/duplicate rows, then import.

Is my data separate from other shops?

Yes. Every business's data is fully isolated, and you can export everything or download a full backup at any time.
